Sales consultant

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting and building relationships with our prospective (online)retail partners. You are capable of communicating our innovative solutions and you will make our message heard. You will be involved with the entire process, from identifying and contacting interesting leads to guiding retailers through the contract and implementation. You work closely with the company management on strategic sales issues, but you take full responsibility for your own tasks and you don’t require micro-management.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new retail leads through telephone, email en personal contact
  • Building and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Introducing our innovative services with product demonstrations
  • Guiding customers through the contract  and implementation process
  • Soliciting feedback from retail customers and prospects on our software and services
  • Discussing feedback and strategic sales issues with management

Your profile:

  • Minimal HBO (Bachelor) degree
  • Experience in sales and the e-commerce industry
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and representative appearance
  • Drivers license
